POLICIES

Additional $10 charge per person, 12 and under stay for free. Our rooms are non-smoking.  Continental breakfast is provided for Hotel guests only.

CANCELLATION POLICY – by NOON 2 days prior to reservation during shoulder and winter seasons as well as weekdays during peak season.  During the Christmas & February Breaks, cancellation is 4 days prior to reservation.  Failure to cancel before the 4 day period will result in a late cancellation fee.  No refunds are given due to weather.

PET POLICY FOR ROOMS – Small pets allowed in some rooms. $20.00 fee/pet.  Any damages to the accommodations will be charged once repairs are accessed.

Pets must be leased or kenneled at all times & NOT LEFT UNATTENDED.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm Check-out time: 11:00 am

Tents and campers are not permitted.

All cabins are provided with daily towel exchange only during peak season.  Daily cleaning including garbage removal, dishes and sweeping is up to the guest.  Please do not put your garbage on your deck.  All cabins have cable TV, WiFi ,  and NO AIR CONDITIONING.  It can get very hot in our cabins so please bring your own fans . All cabins are equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker (coffee not included), dishes and silverware, frying pan, pots and pans, towels and basic kitchen wear. Linen and pillows are supplied. Bring your own beach towels.

All cabins have a fire pit, gas BBQ’s, decks and picnic table on the grounds. (Wood is available at the front desk).
We are a family friendly resort and therefore ask that music/noise not be heard outside your cabin boundary at all times.  Absolute quiet time is from 11pm to 8am.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction.

Please be advised that guests must supply any extra bedding, pillows or dishes over the specified number of guests. Cribs and cots are not available.  Continental breakfast is available for $10/person, please ask the desk attendant for details.

Cabin Rates include use of the fitness room.
