POLICIES

Additional $10 charge per person, 12 and under stay for free. Our rooms are non-smoking.

CANCELLATION POLICY – by NOON 2 days prior to reservation during shoulder and winter seasons as well as weekdays during peak season.  During the Christmas & February Breaks, cancellation is 1 week prior to reservation.  Failure to cancel before the 1 week period will result in a late cancellation fee.  No refunds are given due to weather.

PET POLICY FOR ROOMS – Small pets allowed in some rooms. $20.00 fee/pet.

Pets must be leased at all times & not left unattended.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm Check-out time: 11:00 am

Tents and campers are not permitted.

All cabins are provided with daily towel exchange only during peak season.  Daily cleaning including garbage removal is up to the guest.  Please do not leave garbage on your deck. All cabins have cable TV, WiFi ,  and NO AIR CONDITIONING.  It can get very hot in our cabins so please bring your own fans . All cabins are equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker (coffee not included), dishes and silverware, frying pan, pots and pans, towels and basic kitchen wear. Linen and pillows are supplied. Bring your own beach towels.

All cabins have a fire pit, gas BBQ’s, decks and picnic table on the grounds. (Wood is available at the front desk).
We are a family friendly resort and therefore ask that music/noise not be heard outside your cabin boundary at all times.  Absolute quiet time is from 11pm to 8am.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction.

Please be advised that guests must supply any extra bedding, pillows or dishes over the specified number of guests. Cribs and cots are not available.

Cabin Rates include use of the fitness room.

Cabin pricing varies from season to season.  Please read the dates carefully in order to get the correct pricing for your stay.

 POLICIES

Minimum 2-night stay  Sunday thru Thursday and 3 -night stay for all weekends and holidays during peak season allowed in cabins. Rates quoted are for two adults, additional adults $10/adult charged above that.

Children 12 and under stay for free.  Continental Breakfast not included with Cabins.

Reservations for July & August begin January 1st.

CANCELLATION POLICY –NOON 2 days prior to reservation during shoulder and winter seasons

PET POLICY FOR CABINS – There is a $20 fee/pet/stay. Pets must be leashed & not let unattended.
